Four-dimensional adjustment: tool-free height adjustment (up to 3mm/1/8 inch rise of drawer front), tool-free rear side-to-side adjustment (max 1.5mm/1/16 inch), tool-free tilt adjustment (max 5mm/3/16 inch rise of drawer back), elongated holes for depth adjustment (±4.5mm/3/16 inch). Drawer material thickness compatibility: 1/2 inch to 5/8 inch (13mm to 16mm). Cabinet system: American 3 inch increment cabinet depth. Materials & Finishes
Zinc-coated steel construction. Concealed roller carriages with permanently lubricated synthetic rollers for optimal weight distribution. Locking devices: stamped steel base with synthetic, spring-loaded release levers. Durable construction meeting or exceeding ANSI/BHMA standards.
Installation
Easy assembly with locking devices featuring captive right device and self-aligning left device. Self-adjusting drawer length tolerance. Tool-free front side-to-side adjustment (±1.5mm/1/16 inch). Narrow locking devices (T51.0501.20) available without front adjustment. Rear mounting brackets available for face frame cabinets (e.g., part no. 295.3750.02) with depth and lateral self-alignment (not for TIP-ON BLUMOTION). Assembly aids: 65.5632.US front gap template (highly recommended for TIP-ON BLUMOTION), T65.1600.01 Concealed runner template for boring and rear notching. Lateral stabilizer available for wide applications. Drawer preparation: inside drawer width = opening width minus 42mm (1-21/32 inch); Ø6mm holes bored 10mm (13/32 inch) deep on each side of drawer back; notching required in drawer back flush with sides and bottom.
