Integrated BLUMOTION soft-close mechanism built directly into the hinge cup - provides soft and effortless closing regardless of door weight or closing speed. Switchable BLUMOTION with deactivation switch for small or light doors. Variable three-dimensional adjustment with spiral tech cam screw for depth adjustment. Tool-free door attachment and removal. New geometry prevents collision with cabinet front edge when door is open. Symmetrical design. Compatible with wooden doors, aluminum frame doors, glass doors, and thin doors (8mm+). Available with or without closing mechanism (spring) - options include standard springs, strong springs, and TIP-ON springs.

Opening angles: 95°, 107°, 110°, 125°, 155°, 170° depending on application. Cup diameter: 35mm. Boring depth: 13mm for all holes (35mm & 8mm). Three-dimensional adjustment: side (±2mm), height (±2mm), depth (+3mm, -2mm). Door thickness compatibility: up to 26mm (1 inch) for 110° hinges, up to 30mm (1-3/16 inches) for 95° hinges. Hinge spacing ranges from 1.5mm to 7mm boring distance. Operating temperature: optimal between 65°F and 85°F.
Materials & Finishes
Nickel-plated steel construction. Available in nickel-plated (NI), orange (OR) for springs, black (SZ) for components, and Onyx black finish for premium applications. Metal construction ensures durability for 200,000 opening/closing cycles without load, 100,000 cycles with 11 lb extra weight. Meets or exceeds ANSI/BHMA A156.9-2001 Grade 2 requirements.
Installation
Multiple attachment methods: Screw-on (standard), Press-in (with pre-attached Ø8 dowels using knock-in tool or MINIPRESS), EXPANDO (pre-attached expanding Ø5mm dowels), INSERTA (tool-free attachment with expanding Ø5mm dowels). Tool-free assembly and removal with CLIP mechanism. Compatible with existing CLIP mounting plates. Mounting plate options: inline, wing, face frame adapter plates for both frameless and face frame cabinets. Includes integrated positioning features for easier installation.
Applications
Suitable for almost any hinge application including: standard wall cabinets (107°, 110°, 120°, 170° opening angles), wide-angled applications and pantries (155° for inner pull-outs in SPACE TOWER cabinets), thick door applications (125° for doors with profiles up to 32mm), blind corner applications (inset or overlay), aluminum frame doors, small frame doors, corner cabinets with bi-fold doors, angled cabinets (-45° to +45°), glass and mirror doors (CRISTALLO hinge), bathroom mirror cabinets. Suitable for full overlay, half overlay (partial/twin overlay), and inset applications. Compatible with both frameless and face frame cabinets.
